Rebecca and I want to thank the entire service and support staff for everything that they do every time we enter Payne Marine. From a simple shout out to us to see if we are OK coming in with our boat or the "can we help you?" that they always ask us whenever we arrive by truck. Also, a special thanks to the team of mechanics that continue to make right anything that needs to be done on our little fleet!

Rebecca and I are extremely pleased with the outstanding service and support that we receive from Tom Reid, Master Mechanic! Our vintage Campion Adventurer has been under his care for the last 21 years of her 41 year life.

Andreas was called around 930 am on a Sunday morning to come and rescue us as our boat motor broke. He knew exactly where by our directions even though we were a few kms away from the marina. He pulled us back and made good conversation on the way. Over all, Andreas helped turn an aweful Sunday of being stuck in a large body of water far away from home, into a decent day by promptly rescuing us and selling us a motor for our boat at an extremely fair price.
